Medicines such as actonel, boniva, fosamax ...

Another dispute involves the use of bisphosphonates drugs to treat osteoporosis. Medicines such as Actonel, Боніва, Fosamax and Reclast should reduce the risk of fractures. A new study published in Sweden


New England Journal of Medicine shows that while these drugs can actually increase bone density and reduces the risk of hip fractures and fractures of the spine, they are also associated with increased risk of atypical fractures of the femur.
